I stumbled across this channel and I have to say that this is something that absolutely i would love to do with life. I'm an average fisherman usually just hook and bobber. Slowly learning more methods of fishing. You guys are awesome.

Should have fished pier marquatte lake connected to the channel on Ludington , there are giant smallmouth in there

if you ever make it back to michigan go to betsie bay in between frankfort and elberta its loaded with huge pike and smallmouth i never caught and it gets good runs of salmon in the fall as well

No one comment on the Goby going back in the water? Not sure your state rules, but elsewhere on the Great lakes they are considered an invasive species and its illegal to return them to the water. They must be killed.

Way to end an epic adventurous trip on lake Michigan Peric, with the catches of a goby and the baby smallie! This has been a wonderful series even though Mother Nature didn't always cooperate, thanks for the adventure.

You should come to Saginaw some time and fish the titabawasee river or come in the winter and ice fish the Saginaw bay and catch monster walleye

Peric. I live on state line of indiana grew up fishing all over northern Indiana and lower michigan. Check out potato creek state park. Ten lb large mouths. Also Palestine lake full of monster bass its all top water weed choked lake average bass is 4 to 5 lbs. And the river system is great here.

Too funny man!! Open fires are illegal on South Manitou and your "Coho" is a King. The westside of the island you are on is the best Salmon bank in the entire lake. Good stuff. By the way that wreck is called the Morizon and it reeks!!!
